CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Check-in is in the morning or late evening. At the time of booking it is crucial to state the arrival time. Nomraly check-in is between 3-7 pm. In case the room is not available at the time of check-in our clients can leave their bags with our receptionist and the car in our private parking while waiting for the room to be ready. If during your travel to Ferrara you are running late in respect to the time of arrival communicated we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

Where is your hotel? In the historic center of Ferrara.
How can we reach your hotel? By car, taxi or bus.
Do you have private parking? No, but there are many parking spots around the hotel. No, ma nelle vicinanze ve ne sono abbastanza..
At what time can we check in? Normally at 3pm. If you must check in earlier please ask at booking, even if we can not guarantee the availability of the room we will try our best. In case the room is not ready, our guests can park their car and leave their luggage in the hotel.
At what time must we leave the room? Normally by 11 am. It is possible to postpone your check out time but a surcharge will be charged and we must check our availability.
Is there airconditioning in the room? Yes, all our rooms are climatized.
Do you provide breakfast? No, but some of the best bars and pastry shops are only 20 meters from our hotel.
Is there internet access? There are some internet cafes in the area and different wireless areas
Are you close to the univesity? Yes, we are in the same area as the University
Is your hotel far from the hospital? No, it is only a 5 minute walk away.
Are you far from the Court House or from the Prefect’s office? No, they are only a 5 minute walk away.
Do you have a restaurant where your guests can dine? We do not have a restaurant on premises but we can book one of the many restaurants in the area.
Do you accept small pets? Yes, as long as they do not disturb our other clients and do not damage any of our rooms.
Do you accept postal orders and bank cheques? No, we do not accept bank cheques or postal orders. We do accept wire transfers, credit cards, bank cards and cash.
Do you also provide B&B service ? No, however there are many bars and pastry shops a short distance from our hotel where you can eat a very good breakfast.
